Spectators at this weekend’s Australian Classic TT historic motorcycle event at One Raceway will be offered a pair of unique local experiences, circuit management announced today.

Firstly, race fans will have the chance to take a scenic flight over One Raceway in a helicopter, thanks to Hughes Helicopters who will be in attendance at the event with their seven-seater Bell 206L.

Scenic flights are available on the day for $115 per person, with the helipad to be located adjacent to the spectator area at the top of the circuit.

Additionally, all patrons who buy a scenic helicopter flight will receive a Goulburn Brewery voucher, redeemable for a tasting paddle featuring a selection of locally-brewed ales from Australia’s oldest inland brewery.

At the track, spectators will be a treated to an assortment of motorcycles ranging from Period 2 (1920-1945) all the way up to Period 6 (1983-1990), including a range of engine capacities from 125cc “lightweight” bikes all the way up to Superbike Masters - bikes that formerly competed in the Australian and World Superbike Championships.

There will also be races for Roaring Sporties - a category featuring pre-2002 Harley Davidson motorcycles - and BEARS (British European American Racing Series, catering to bikes manufactured in those countries).

On-track activity commences at 9:00am across the three days of the Australian Classic TT - the full event schedule is available HERE.

Tickets are available at the gate for $10 on Friday, $25 on Saturday and Sunday, or $35 for a weekend pass; discounts are available for pre-purchasing tickets online HERE.
