1R Open Pit Lane Race Car Test Day - 29 January

Our first Open Pit Lane Race Car Test Day of 2026 is an opportunity for you and your team to test in preparation for the upcoming season, with seven hours of continuous track time.

To enhance the amount of data and setup information you can gather, we'll be running the first half of the day in the Wakefield (clockwise) direction and second half of the day in the Shelley (anti-clockwise) direction!

To ensure everyone accumulates quality track time, entries are strictly capped at 25 cars, so secure your spot now. Vehicle eligibility is restricted to tin top race cars only; open-wheelers and prototype sports cars not permitted (stay tuned for a dedicated open-wheel test day).

Cars must be capable of doing a lap time (on the Wakefield circuit) of 1:13 or faster. Helmets (AS/NZS 1698 compliant), full-coverage clothing (from neck to wrists to ankles), and closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all drivers. Motorsport Australia and AASA licences are accepted; if you do not hold one of these licences, you can purchase a Day Membership via the app for $35.00. Entry fee is $880 per car, including a pit lane garage. A second driver can be added for $100.
